Mr. Dharmapuri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and a Global Executive MBA from the prestigious TRIUM program – a collaboration between NYU Stern School of Business, LSE, and HEC Paris. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), reflecting his command over logistics and operations management.His leadership style is marked by collaboration, sustainability, and inclusivity. With an Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from Anna University, Chennai and a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Sahaana Sankar is passionate about both social impact and finance. She has led communications and branding for Hand in Hand India, a leading NGO with its presence in 18 states across India. She also has expertise in not for profit fundraising

She has a keen interest in social development and has interned with the United Nations Chief Executive Board in New York and a start-up, Wimbletech in the United Kingdom as the Financial and Community manager. During a short stint with the Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi, she was the editor of a youth-led magazine Green and Grey.

Mr. Anantharaman is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with an overall experience of 20 years.

He has worked with organizations such as Indus Towers, Shell, and Fipola. He has wide expertise in auditing, banking, costing, budgeting, fundraising, cost control, reporting and analysis, and statutory Compliance to name a few.

Ms. Poonkuzhali is a dynamic individual qualified in Electronics & Communication and software systems, with 20 years of experience in Information and Communications Technology.

She also holds expertise in network management including web management solutions for a networking domain, DevOps management, cloud migration, and mobile app development.

Mr. KB Balakumaran began his career as an Agricultural Officer in the Department of Agriculture, Government of Tamil Nadu, promoting farmers’ clubs and facilitating technology transfer from lab to field. He then joined Indian Bank, serving in diverse roles including Project Manager for the bank’s Microfinance unit. In 2009, he joined the Hand in Hand India group and subsequently Belstar Microfinance Limited, holding leadership roles and overseeing Pan-India microfinance operations with a focus on portfolio quality, sustainable growth, and operational efficiency. He also established specialized collections teams post-COVID, trained international staff on microfinance models, and guided board-level compliance and regulatory reporting.

Mr. Balakumaran has completed advanced trainings in risk management with EDA Rural Systems, sustainability and MFI operations with Grameen and BRAC Banks, branch rating and risk management with MicroSave, and leadership at Harvard Business School through Accion. He holds a B.Sc in Agricultural Sciences from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Hyderabad, combining technical expertise with strategic and operational skills in rural finance and microfinance portfolio management.

Mr. Vinodkumar is Management graduate and having 22 years of Banking experience with special focus on   Agri   and   Rural banking.

He has been Expertise in setting up of new business model, Handling large sales force, BCs, rural channel partners and   collection management. Passionate to work in rural India.

Mr. Bagavathiappan is a seasoned BFSI professional with over 23 years of diverse experience across India. His domain expertise spans Retail Liabilities, Retail Asset Products, Credit Risk Control, and Microfinance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership in building operational frameworks, managing risk, and driving financial inclusion strategies.
He began his professional journey with Standard Chartered Bank, where he was part of the Credit Risk Control team from 2003 to 2007. He then joined HDFC Bank, gaining wide exposure across Retail Liability Operations, Retail Branch Banking, and Microfinance – spending a significant part of his career (13 years) there. He later moved to Belstar Microfinance Limited, where he played a key role in scaling the Business Loan vertical over a five-year period.
Bagavathiappan holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and brings with him deep insights into both individual and corporate banking, with a strong specialization in KYC compliance. His track record of building robust systems and empowering teams reflects his commitment to operational excellence and customer-centricity in the financial services sector.

Mr. Karuppusamy N is a strategic and results-oriented leader with nearly three decades of experience spanning rural development, banking, and financial services. His career reflects a deep commitment to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and inclusive development.

He began his journey with DHAN Foundation, a leading grassroots development organization, where he spent over a decade building rural livelihoods and community-based institutions. He then transitioned to the banking sector with HDFC Bank, where he spent 12 years managing rural and microfinance operations, credit delivery, and branch performance.
Subsequently, he joined Belstar Microfinance Limited, where he served for six years, contributing to business expansion, risk management, and field leadership across regions. His multidisciplinary expertise blends rural development insight with financial acumen, enabling him to design and execute inclusive growth strategies that bridge social impact with financial sustainability.
Mr. Karuppusamy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, a Master’s degree in Sociology, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

He began his professional journey with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as an Agency Manager, later moving into training roles with Bharti AXA Life Insurance and TATA AIG General Insurance, handling learning initiatives across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala. Mr. Ramesh A. has over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head – Collections at Varashakti Housing Finance. He oversees strategic recovery operations across multiple states, ensuring performance, compliance, and operational excellence in high-value portfolios.

His stints include leadership roles at India Bulls, TVS Credit, and Kinara Capital, where he served as Cluster Collection Manager, Regional Collection Head, and Divisional Head. At Kinara Capital, he managed a portfolio of ₹232 crore across 1,700 accounts.

Mr. Srinivas Krishnaswamy comes with vast experience in investment banking, having had stints in banks and consulting firms. He is an expert in the area of monitoring and evaluation, enterprise and job creation.
