Qualification
- - Diploma / Any Degree

Key Responsibilities
- - Source new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other housing finance products
- - Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities
- - Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
- - Collect customer documents and complete KYC requirements
- - Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
- - Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships
- - Follow up with customers until loan disbursement
- - Prepare daily activity and sales reports
Skills Required
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- - Sales and negotiation skills
- - Basic computer and mobile application knowledge
- - Ability to work in the field and achieve targets
Eligibility
- - Age: 18-40 years
- - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- - Open to all eligible candidates, regardless of gender
- - Immediate joiners preferred
