The Company received Housing Finance Company (HFC) license from the regulator, National Housing Bank (NHB) on January 28, 2019. The Company received Certificate of Registration (COR) from NHB on June 29, 2019. The objective of the Company is to provide long term finance for construction/repair/purchase of house to ensure that the dream of owning a house materializes for people who don’t have access to formal banking channels. The products currently being offered by the Company are Housing loans, Small ticket home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Improvement Loans.

Mr. Sankar is a retired Govt. of Tamil Nadu IAS officer belonging to the 1982 batch. He has a MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia. His 34 years of experience includes an array of general administrative posts in the Government, including the prestigious District Collector of Coimbatore. He has held Secretary, Principal Secretary and Additional Chief Secretary level postings in varied fields including Industries, Environment & Forests, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Municipal Administration & Water Supply for Govt.of Tamil Nadu.
One of his major feats includes the coordination of the massive Tsunami Rehabilitation Programme of the Government after the devastating disaster hit Tamil Nadu in 2004. As the Officer on Special Duty and Project Director, he spearheaded the rehabilitation and reconstruction projects sanctioned by Govt. of India, World Bank, UNDP and other international organizations, totaling USD 2 billion. He was invited by the World Bank to join as the Project Director for National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project at the National Disaster Management Authority, New Delhi and implemented the first phase of the project at a cost of INR 1500 crore in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. In addition, he has experience as the CMD of Corporations such as Tamil Nadu Power Finance and Infrastructure Development and Tamil Nadu Newsprints and Papers Ltd and Tamil Nadu Housing Board.
Mr. Ramanath Dash had served as the Regional Director of Reserve Bank of India for the two states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and has extensive experience in the regulation and supervision of banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), currency management, banking development and financial inclusion and handling of customer complaints against banks. During his stint in the Central Office of Reserve Bank of India at Mumbai, he was closely associated with policy formulation relating to Priority Sector Lending by banks, strengthening of Regional Rural Banks, and related areas. He was also associated with several committees set up by Reserve Bank of India and Government of India. He was member of the RBI Internal Group on Priority Sector Lending which submitted its report in March 2015.
He was a Member of Faculty, College of Agricultural Banking (CAB), Pune for close to six years, where he headed the Rural Banking Division. Apart from training programmes relating to rural finance and rural financial institutions, he had organized several national level seminars and conferences in the areas of microfinance, agriculture finance, and financial inclusion, and was associated with international exposure visits on financing agri-business activities. After superannuation from the Reserve Bank of India, he was Consultant to the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR), Hyderabad.
He has written a book titled “The Last Mile – India’s Experiments with Rural Finance”, which has been published by Konark Publishers Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. The book has a foreword by Dr Y V Reddy, former Governor, Reserve Bank of India.
Mr. Dash studied in Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, and did M.Sc. from Utkal University. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Before joining Reserve bank of India, he was Lecturer at Rajendra College, Bolangir, Odisha. He has special interest in teaching and public speaking and has been a guest speaker at various institutions. He has also attended several training programmes, seminars, and conferences on banking and finance, both in India and abroad. His hobbies include reading and listening to music.
Ms. Sahaana Sankar carries two hats as an Electronics and Communications Engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy as well as a Post Graduate in Management Studies from London School of Economics and Political Science.
Passionate about the development sector, she is also Vice President at Hand in Hand India, a leading non-profit organization. In this capacity she directly handles the communication team. Committed to creating social impact, Ms Sahaana works on curating the digital and social media strategy, writing proposals and case studies for fund raising purposes and building brand equity for the NGO and its sister institutions.
Prior to her current experience, Ms Sahaana has held various leadership and editorial positions during her education. She has interned with the United Nations Chief Executive Board in New York for close to a year and has worked with a start-up, Wimbletech in the United Kingdom for a year as the Financial and Community manager. At a short stint with Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi, she was the editor of a youth-led magazine Green and Grey.
Mr Kalyanaraman A, Group CEO – Has more than 3 decades of rich and diverse experience with well-honed expertise in
the areas of Financial (retail assets and liabilities) & insurance products in SURU locations, Credit Proposals for
corporate/ Non corporate entities, Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Quality Analysis, Asset/ Liability/ Liquidity management,
team leadership and driving growth & revenue returns. He has expertise in entire spectrum of Finance functions including
SME & Corporate Finance and Micro Finance for a diverse range of bank’s products. He is also adept at managing Micro Finance
for the development of infrastructure and business in rural areas.
He has completed B.Sc (Agri) from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu, PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai.
Mr. S Padmanabhan is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant with an overall experience of 27 years. He also holds a post-graduate in degree in commerce and a post graduate degree in Business Administration. He has worked in organisations of repute like Hongkong Bank, DCW, TIIC and Belstar Micro finance. He has exposure in Accounts, Audit, Banking, Costing, Budgeting, Statutory compliance etc.
Ms. Sridevi is a professional with about 11 years of experience in Secretarial, Legal and Compliance functions. She has worked for corporates like Equitas Group, GVR Infra Projects Limited, DRS Logistics Limited etc. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has completed CA Inter, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICFAI and Masters in Business Laws from NLSIU, Bangalore.
Mr. Nanda Kumar is a seasoned banker with overall 22 years of experience in Retail Banking. He has served in companies like SBI Home Finance, Axis Bank Ltd,
L&T Housing Finance & Repco Home Finance Ltd in his previous roles handling various retail asset products like Home Loans, Loan Against Property,
Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Gold Loans, Loan against Shares & Securities and Loans for LCV’s & LMV’s from time to time.
Nanda Kumar has completed MA (Economics) from Annamalai University, MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management (SIMS), Pune & CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance
Mr Vijaya Baskar D, GM Sales, has completed his graduation from Madras University and has an overall experience of about 17 years in Banking and Financial Services Industry. His areas of expertise are Home loans, Loan Against Property, Credit Cards and Liabilities. He has worked in organisations like ABN Amro Bank, HDFC Bank, IIFL, Equitas Small Finance Bank and DHFL. His last assignment was with DHFL as Regional Head for Home Loans.
Ms. Santhy Thivittakumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 17 years of post - qualification experience. She has worked as a Banking Professional with ICICI Bank Ltd. for about 9 years. Her core areas of expertise are Business development, credit underwriting and Portfolio management. She is accomplished in leading, collaborating, managing change and motivating team members to provide a high level of customer service and business performance.
Mr KS Lakshmanasiva is a Qualified chartered accountant with total experience of 9 years. He holds membership of ICAI on Financial reporting & taxation and also holds membership of ACCA (UK) on Strategical reporting, advanced financial & performance management. His expertise includes handling corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, business models, fund raising, ERP implementation, Product pricing and compliance in various industries.
Mr. Senthil holds MCA degree from University of Madras. He has over 13 years of rich work experience in Information Technology. He has developed in-house software for business requirements with technology integration and has successfully implemented the same in financial services and Insurance services.

Mr. Gunasekaran Loganathan, GM IT Infrastructure, is an engineer by education and an IT practitioner by profession.

Mr. Krishna Janakiraman has more than 18 years of hard core HR experience in various industries such as Logistics, Port, IT and Manufacturing. He has been instrumental in framing and implementation of various HR policies, software system implementation and also handling of Trade Union.
